Paris Hiltonis getting candid about coming into life as a mom.
In the trailer for season 2 ofParis In Love, the multi-hyphenate mom, 42, gets candid about her decision to keep her entrance into mom life quiet until she was prepared to share.
“Literally no one knows. My own family doesn’t know,” she says, as scenes play out of her enjoying the holiday season with her loved ones. Another scene shows Hilton in the car with husbandCarter Reum, explaining, “If anyone found out, it would be paparazzi all over Cedars.”
“I’ve given my whole life to everyone for so long. It’s just been really important to me to keep this a secret,” she explains as the hospital footage plays.
“This is the first time that something’s just mine,” she says as the camera cuts to an emotional Hilton looking into the camera from her closet floor, saying, “I’m going to be a mom.”

Later, the new mom could be seen enjoying moments with sonPhoenix Barron, telling the camera, “He’s so beautiful, so perfect. My life is finally complete. I’m so obsessed.”
In one clip, she laughs and says, “That’s hot,” as the naked newborn pees on her during a photoshoot.
Toward the end of the trailer, Hilton sits with a therapist and talks about how her past presents difficulties in her new journey as a parent.
“People who are trauma victims have a very hard time bonding with their children,” the therapist tells the DJ mom.

Hilton later announced Phoenix’s arrival eight days after his birth onInstagramwith a close-up photo of her holding his hand, writing, “You are already loved beyond words 💙.”

In July, Hilton opened up to PEOPLE about how she istaking a step back from workto spend time with her son.
“It’s definitely a lot,” she said, “just with everything I’m doing, and then being a mom on top of it all, but he is just my world and makes my life feel so complete.”
“This has been the best time of my life. He’s just everything to me, so I’ve been saying no to so many offers and things that are coming in because I want to spend as much time as possible with him,” she added of Phoenix.
“Yeah, my priorities have just completely shifted and I always put him first.”
