Jason Momoaand Kate Beckinsale appeared to have a special connection the night of the 2022 Academy Awards.
In photos captured from the party, Beckinsale, 48, and Momoa, 42, were shown smiling together, as they stood close and theUnderworldactress wore Momoa’s suit jacket.
Reps for Beckinsale and theAquamanactor have not responded to PEOPLE’s requests for comment regarding their relationship.

Back in January, Momoa and wifeLisa Bonetannounced they were splitting after five years of marriage. The two share sonNakoa-Wolf, 13, and daughterLola, 14.
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times … A revolution is unfolding and our family is of no exception … feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring,” the pair wrote in a joint statement at the time. “And so we share our Family news thatwe are parting ways in marriage.”
“We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty. The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to bewho we are learning to become… " the statement continued.
Bonet, 54, and Momoa concluded, “Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life our children. Teaching our children what’s possible. Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail J & L.”

Beckinsale was married toUnderworlddirectorLen Wisemanfrom 2004 to 2019, and shares 23-year-old daughterLilywith exMichael Sheen, whom she dated from 1995 to 2003.
More recently, she enjoyed a quarantine romance with Canadian musician Goody Grace after shehad a briefrelationship withPete Davidson. Beckinsale and Grace, 24,split in October 2020, after they began dating earlier that year.
“I just can’t think of anything I’d hate more than sitting in front of somebody I don’t know, that chances are I won’t like, and have to sit and watch them eat food,” Beckinsale quipped.
