Jason Kennedyis sharing an update on his son Ryver’s health.
On Thursday, Feb. 27, the entertainment journalist, 43, posted a video of his 2-year-old sonRyverleaving the hospital after having aninfection that left “doctors perplexed” in the ICU. In the clip, Jason’s wifeLauren Kennedy, 36, can be seen holding their son as Jason told the toddler to say thank you to the nurses and doctors.
“All clear to recover at home - thank you for praying and sending encouraging messages,” Jason wrote in the caption.
“I’ve interviewed every rockstar but none as great as the PICU Doctors and Nurses from Ventura County Medical Center. Angels in my book ❤️.”

On Wednesday, Feb. 26, Kennedy, who shares two children with his wife, posted a picture onInstagramshowing the back of his son’s head as the pair sat on a hospital bed. In the caption of his joint post with his wife, Jason asked forprayers for their son.
“If you could say a prayer for our boy Ryver it would mean a lot,” the couple shared in their caption. “Day 2 in pediatric intensive care, the infection is leaving doctors perplexed and we are hopeful for more answers today. Gutting to see him in this kind of pain. This song has been our anthem 🙏🏻.”

“I’m sure your feed could use some good news today — we wanted to share that our angel, Poppy Ford Kennedy, arrived on 10•10 and she’s giving all of you a big hug right now,” Jason and Lauren wrote in the caption, revealing that their daughter was born on Tuesday.
“🩷ryver, lo, jase & bennie,” the pair signed off their note.
