As I continue to delight in thederanged confederacy theoriessurrounding Wordle , followingits purchase by the New York Times , I ’m as thrilled to attain those making progressively difficult versions of the game . Quordle , a version where you solve four Wordles at once , has become pretty popular , in the wake ofDordlethat offered but two . But throw that aside , because the tangible players are simultaneously solving eight puzzler , inOctordle .
It fathom unacceptable , and I think by Einsteinian law it should be impossible , but somehow it works . With 13 guesses , you simultaneously play across eight different Wordle power system , attempting to key out all eight Bible at the same time .
As you may imagine , this introduces a worldle of newfangled tactics to Wordle . If you thought your starting give-and-take was important before , no deliberate it ’s attempting to report eight separate scratch line at once . And then what about go # 2 ? Are you someone who puts in a whole other set of five letters ( and thus revealing you are n’t act Wordle on its rather concealed “ Hard Mode ” ) , or someone who immediately begins pursue solutions ? Is it time to add in a third starter word , to get as much of the alphabet in as you may ? ( Whisper it : what about four ? )

Like Quordle , where you work out four puzzle at the same sentence ( in that event with eight guesses ) , once you ’ve beget one teaser ’s word correct the control grid locks off , and you may narrow your concentration . Of course , with eight times as many root to find , that dramatically increases your hazard of also getting an awkward watchword in the mix , imply you might want to adjust tactics to take that into account too . I feel like I ’m middling speculative at it . And yet , even then , I ’ve fill in the secret plan successfully . Which surprises me more than anyone else . ( Not today though . drop two whole words . )
Fortunately , as with Quordle , alongside the day-after-day secret plan that ’s the same for everyone , there are “ recitation ” game too , that allow you wager as much as you want with randomly selected group of words . ( I managed one of those just now , to make myself finger better . )
Now I ’m just wait for Sexdecordle . ( And Untrigintordle . )
