Daley posted a video of Randolph heading to the ceremony that showed off the star’s look from head to toe.

“You are truly every actor’s dream,” she continued before shouting out herHoldoverscostars,Paul Giamattiand Dominic Sessa. “To Paul Giamatti and Dominic Sessa, thank you for your generosity and honesty. Grief is a slippery emotion to capture and I thank you for creating an environment where I felt safe enough to explore the depths of [my character] Mary. How lucky are we that we get to do what we do? Truly, in what other profession are people able to live so many lives and touch so many hearts of those who they have never gotten to meet?”

To conclude her heartfelt speech, Randolph provided an inspirational message to her fellow actors. “For every actor out there still waiting in the wings for their chance, let me tell you, your life can change in a day,” she said. “It is not a question of if, but when. Keep going. Thank you.”

On Sunday, the winner did a style 180 when she arrived at the Independent Spirit Awards, where she picked up the award for best supporting performance, in a custom DaSh Gray and Alba trench coat look and sunglasses.

Next up for the star is the Oscars on March 10 where she is nominated for Best Supporting Actress.She recently shared on an episode ofWatch What Happens Live with Andy Cohenthat she is on the hunt for extra tickets to the Academy Awards.“Did you end up getting more tickets to Oscars for your family? What is happening with that?” hostAndy Cohenasked her.

“If anyone would like to contribute togiving me an additional ticketthat you may not need,” the actress told the camera.

She added with a laugh, “I need five tickets.”

“They’re telling me I may only have one extra ticket, so that’s my mission,” the actress said. “Can you imagine the people in your life that are, like, ‘I want to come!’ And you’re, like, ‘And youshouldcome because you’ve helped me significantly in my life.’"

“If I can get five — I don’t care if my people are back there [on the balcony], I don’t need five people in my row,” Randolph added. “Get Oscar tickets, or buy Oscar tickets, whatever we’ve got to do — I have some family members that would be very upset, so I’ve got to figure that out.”
