A bounteous course at the show was beneficial integration with / of contraption , especially in upscale models ( BMW ) or ones aimed at younger mass ( Scion ) , so dedicated iPod connectors and integrated controls were epidemic . Integrated controls are nice , especially BMW ’s “ boss ” which supply a pretty decent latitude to the scroll bike you ’ve fondle thousand of time , and has a dainty , solid find to it . Scion ’s new radio ( pictured ) is a touch screen .
But here ’s the disturbing part :
all they give you for the iPod is the cable . No protected pocket , pouch , stand , or any way to lock down your precious iPod . It has to stand for itself , flying around inside your glove box or armrest as you pull ass around town . They build iPod compatibility into the railway car . How severely can it be tack on a piece of plastic or bestow some gauze to view as it into place ?

Check out two of the wrongdoer ( Scion and Mini ) in the gallery . ( And express mirth at the copy wrongdoing in the Mini ’s sign . )
